Share value: $200.00 (unlimited)

Requirements:

• Make an initial investment – purchase of ten (10) shares over the first twelve months inclusive of two (2) qualifying shares on acquiring membership (Required)

• Make continued investment – purchase a minimum of four common shares for each of the next 5 years. (Required)

• Make additional investment – purchase a minimum of four investment shares for each subsequent year. (Optional)
